Deborah has been a pastry chef and a baker for the past 13 years, and Marco is an analyst with a great mathematic mind, a passion for artificial intelligence and for healthy eating.
They met for the first time in 2004 on a sunny June day.
She was in high school, trying to figure out what to do in the future, and he was studying Economics in uni and trying, well... to do the same.
They started dating, and growing up together, and got married 6 years later, on the very same day the met.
In a 10 day trip to England they fell in love with the country and decided to leave everything, jobs, house, families and take a chance in London.
Their love for travels brought them twice to the USA, where they spent half of their time going around bakeries in New York and Boston to taste new flavours and beloved classics.
After 6 years of hard work they finally are able to make their dreams come true and open their very own bakery, bringing together a bit of their motherland, Italy, their home, Britain, and their favourite holiday destination, America, in their bread and pastries.
The love they have for each other is put in every loaf of bread, sweet or cookie they bake in their kitchen, making sure that every customer who will taste their treats will feel that same love.
