Our delicious multi seeds loaf includes a mix of organic wholemeal flours and a delicious combo of barley, spelt and rye flakes, sunflower, pumpkin, black and white sesame, poppy and linen seeds (in variable proportion).
Full of healthy fibres!
The loaf weights about 850g, and you can get about 10-12 slices out of it, it'll last about 5 days at room temperature if well covered, or slice it and freeze it for up to 3 months.
You can now choose its shape: the traditional loaf, or baked in a tin (perfect for sandwiches!)
Please note that your loaf will always be made with the same amount of flour per loaf, but we have to adapt the amount of water to the humidity in the air: that plus baking-caused evaporation may result in fluctuations in your loaf's weight.
