Real Bread Week runs from the 20th to the 28th of February and it's an initiative created by the charity we support, the Real Bread Campaign, an 'annual, international celebration of additive-free loaves, and the people who make them.' The Campaign's main aim is to encourage people to buy real Sourdough loaves from small bakeries, and know the difference between a loaf made with only flour, water and salt, and any other industrial "bread", full of chemicals, sugars, additives and flavourings.
This Real Bread Week we want to show the versatility of Sourdough by giving you the chance to choose what to add to your loaf: we'll make this bread specially for you!
Question is: how will you eat it? Yum!!

Bread dough: organic flour (white, wholemeal, rye), water, sea salt.

Wheat (gluten).
