This sweet and moist bread is full of aromas and perfumes, mixed with a bit of honey to enhance the flavour of the roasted pumpkin, and has a wonderful natural yellow colour. Not only this: it comes shaped as a pumpkin!
Try it with butter and marmalade in the morning, or lemon curd with a cup of tea; or for a real-gourmet experience try it with some camembert!
Organic white flour, roasted pumpkin or butternut squash, water, organic wholemeal flour, dried cranberries, organic rye flour, honey, light brown sugar, sea salt.
May contain traces of nuts, soya.
Please note: all our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, almonds), peanuts, sesame, wheat (gluten), dairy products, eggs.
This is a really moist bread, it will last fresh for 2-3 days kept in a bread tin or in the paper bag it will come in.
To enjoy it for longer best to slice it and freeze it: the high content of vegetables in this bread and total lack of preservatives will make it go mouldy in around 4 to 5 days, depending on the humidity of your house.
